Hiring: Marketing Associate

You’ll lead a component of our marketing efforts, strategizing and mostly implementing. We’re a small startup, so we’re looking for people who can work independently and hustle. The exact channels/customer group you target will depend on our current needs and your skill and interests.
Potential media/channels: Our blog, FB and Twitter feeds, live events, PR, SEO, SEM, Facebook ads.
Potential customer groups: A particular geographic area or country, home-schoolers, schools with iPads, tech-savvy teachers, principle, parent bloggers, science camp customers, tutoring center customers.

Experience in education, PR, creating strong visuals, mobile apps, gaming, math, email/web analytics, developing customer insights, SEO, SEM, pricing.
This is a part-time paid position, starting with 10 – 20 hrs/week depending on experience and availability, with lots of room for growth. Some of the time, you’ll be working from our downtown San Francisco office, one block from Montgomery BART.
